  I have had good and bad experiences at this salon. I was really satisfied when I had Jenny & Helen, but the other three workers I have had ruined it for me. This last time I went ruined my whole experience. All my nails are crooked and they aren't placed to the edge of my real nail so they look like they've grown out when really I just got them. I showed the worker a picture of what I wanted and she did something completely different without asking and said she didn't like that photo when I asked why she didn't do what I asked.
